TYRANNULUS
(Tyrannidae; Ϯ Yellow-crowned Tyrannulet T. elatus) Mod. L. tyrannulus  little tyrant  < dim. genus Tyrannus de Lacépède, 1799, kingbird; "TYRANNEAU, Tyrannulus.  Motacilla, Linn. Gm.  Bec très-court, un peu grêle, convexe en dessus, entier, incliné à la pointe. — 1ere à 4e remiges les plus longues.   Esp. Roitelet-Mésange, Buff."
